RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Products purchased on My Bougie Bottle website can be returned to My Bougie Bottle for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. In order to be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact.

If you have purchased a My Bougie Bottle from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Please see our Policy page. For the fastest response when beginning a return or exchange of an item, simply send a message through Contact Us.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive back at our warehouse. Once the return is delivered to our warehouse, it may take a bit of time for an inspection to be completed and the item to be checked back into our inventory (expect about 10-14 business days).

We are happy to offer free returns on any order placed on My Bougie Bottle website. This means you won’t have to worry about paying shipping fees a second time to get the product back to us. With that being said, we are unable to process a refund for the original cost of shipping on your order.

In the case that the product is damaged, we can offer a direct exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

SHIPPING 

My Bougie Bottle offers free ground shipping on qualifying orders with a subtotal of over $50. This is valid throughout the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 

All orders are sent via Ground (unless otherwise indicated) and are delivered generally within 7-10 business days. Depending on the shipping method selected and the type of order placed, processing and shipping times vary. 

We’ll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information as soon as your order ships. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting FedEx or USPS. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.

Yes! Orders can be shipped to a different address other than the billing address. During checkout, you have the option to change the “Ship-to” address”.

Unfortunately, no. My Bougie Bottle does not currently ship internationally.

PRODUCT INFO

My Bougie Bottle will help your drink stay fresh all day long, but it’s not intended for long-term storage of liquids. Alcohol, some juices, and dairy-based beverages can spoil and may cause excessive pressure buildup in your bottle, which can lead to lid failure and injury. And remember, putting My Bougie Bottle in the fridge can damage the vacuum seal that helps it maintain ideal temperatures.

My Bougie Bottle is airport security friendly as long as there are no liquids in your bottle.

My Bougie Bottles are made of high-quality, 18/8 food-grade stainless steel. 

This material is highly resistant to rust and does not need a liner. My Bougie Bottle is FDA approved and is BPA-free and thanks to you, a sustainable eco-friendly alternative to single-use plastic water bottles.

My Bougie Bottle and accessories are thoughtfully designed in the USA and responsibly made in China.

In the case, we are out of stock on any of our items, we will allow pre-orders and will indicate the estimate of when the product is back in stock. 

Once the product is back in stock, your order will be processed as soon as possible.

CLEANING & CARE

Make sure to handwash your bottle before first using it for the purest taste.

Hand wash your bottle thoroughly and air dry, especially if it contains liquids other than water to prevent rust around the screw thread.

We recommend hand washing the My Bougie Bottle accessories. Each My Bougie Bottle includes a spare straw and straw cleaner. Use the straw cleaner to remove any residue in the straw and Flip ‘n’ Sip Lid.

We do not recommend putting your My Bougie Bottle in the refrigerator, freezer, or microwave, as it can damage the bottle and its vacuum seal. 

WARRANTY

My Bougie Bottle has an exceptionally high standard when it comes to quality. All My Bougie Bottle products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the workmanship, fit, or style of your My Bougie Bottle drinkware or accessory, it can be returned for a refund or replacement within sixty (60) days of the initial purchase. To authorize your return, please message our Support Team at info@mybougiebottle.com

Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:


1) Broken or leaking caps
: If your cap breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your bottle to us. Instead, message our Support Team at info@mybougiebottle.com. Please note you may be required to send us a photo of your cap to validate the claim along with a copy of your receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping charge to have the bottle returned if you send the bottle to us.

2) Drinkware that seem to have lost their insulating properties: You can test the insulation of your bottle/tumbler at home with boiling water. Pour from a kettle or pot directly into the stationary flask, filling it all the way to the neck. Exercise caution pouring boiling water into the flask to avoid burns. Do not hold the flask while filling with boiling water. Also, do not place the cap over the flask. After about 5 minutes, feel the outside of the flask (below the neck). If you feel any hot spots, the insulation has been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement.

3) Product that are damaged during the shipping process: Please contact us if you ordered your drinkware or accessory from www.MyBougieBottle.com and it has arrived damaged. If you use your bottle or accessory, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage. Please note you may be required to send us photos of your item and the condition of the package to validate the claim, along with a copy of your receipt.

Warranty claims will only be approved by My Bougie Bottle if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer. The limited warranty provided by My Bougie Bottle only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any My Bougie Bottle products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (i) improper use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.

Please note your Warranty Claim My Bougie Bottle will be replaced by the product. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value. Unfortunately, replacement drinkware and accessories under warranty cannot be customized.

In no event shall My Bougie Bottle be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
