We strive to send out My Bougie Bottle products within 3-5 business days of the order received. All orders are sent via Ground and are delivered generally within 7-10 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. If an item is back ordered or out of stock it may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship.

Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility

Once an order is marked as delivered by UPS or any other carrier, the responsibility for the package shifts to the customer. If a customer declines to purchase optional shipping protection or insurance at checkout, we are not obligated to issue a refund or replacement for packages marked as delivered.

We strongly encourage customers to select our order protection service for added peace of mind. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact your local carrier for further assistance. We are unable to provide refunds for delivered orders without shipping protection.

**International Shipping (DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid)**
Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by your local customs authority. These are not included in checkout and payable upon delivery.
Typical fees: 5-20% duties + $10-70 handling (varies by country/carrier).
