Refund policy

My Bougie Bottle will happily accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

Items must be returned in their unused/unopened original packaging. My Bougie Bottle does not accept returns on opened goods. Return shipping is at customer's expense and My Bougie Bottle's original shipping expense will not be refunded.

To ensure receipt of your return, we recommend that you return your purchase using Signature Confirmation and be sure to include a copy of your receipt. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking information. 

In the event that we've made an error on your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. You will be emailed a PrePaid Return Shipping Label.

Once we can confirm your return is in transit back, your return/exchange will be shipped to you (at our expense). Refunds are not issued on damaged goods, we will be happy to reship your order to you.

If your package shows delivered and you still haven't received it, please contact your local post office to check the GPS status of your package. 

If you have not received your order within 3 days of the USPS showing it delivered, please file a claim with the USPS and we will happily refund you once you email us your claim information.
