Shipping policy

In-stock orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard ground delivery generally takes an additional 7–10 business days after the carrier receives the shipment. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Preorder and backordered products display separate estimated shipping information. Orders containing preorder products may be delayed depending on fulfillment arrangements.

Tracking information is emailed when an order ships. Carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, and peak holiday volume may affect delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard ground shipping within the eligible United States regions stated at checkout. Expedited service, when available, is calculated separately.
