New Bougie straws and flex lid still a problem

I’m super bummed as my new and old straws don’t secure well to the attachment so when I sip I get bubbles. Also the new straw top won’t let me draw any water unless I loosen to top. My bottle was great for the first 6 months and now this! I love this bottle and just want help to fix it!

Perfect!

Love the designs. Bottle is perfect size to grip and does an amazing job of keeping my drinks cold. Have not tried hot drinks, but am sure it will be great! The cleaning g brush is a nice addition!
