Beautiful but Incomplete

The bottle is absolutely beautiful and sturdy. The mouthpiece and straw are extremely hard to sip from. You have to use a lot of suction for a small amount. Also%2C I ordered two bottles%2C one as a gift%2C but only received one ice tray. My packing slip did say the order was incomplete%2C and I reached out to correct it but haven’t received a new tray.%0D%0A%0D%0AThe bottle itself is lovely and I hope my daughter will love hers%2C but I wish the straw were easier to use…I would use it a lot more. For the price I think this bug should be worked out.

Beautiful but doesn’t quite deliver

Definitely the most beautiful bottle ever. However…doesn’t live up to staying cold as long as it claims. A little disappointed. 🫤
